Chefs & cooks

A real passion for cooking, experience in an à la carte kitchen, and curiosity about Turkish food and cooking over fire — our wood oven and charcoal grill are the heart of the kitchen.

Front of house

Waiters, bar & hosts

People who love looking after guests. At least two years' experience in a similar restaurant, warmth, and an eye for the small things that make a meal.

Everyone

The basics

Good spoken English and the right to work in the UK. Full and part-time roles come up through the year — if there's nothing open right now, we still want to hear from you.
